As Delivery Executive for the DoD hospitality project, I provide strategic delivery leadership, client-facing accountability, and cross-functional coordination for military lodging stakeholders transitioning to the Infor HMS platform. I work across client leadership, property teams, consultants, project managers, product, support, and third-party vendors to align project execution with operational needs, implementation timelines, and long-term platform adoption.
This role builds on my background in hotel operations, PMS/HMS implementation, technical consulting, and professional services leadership — with focus on maintaining continuity, improving communication, managing risks and escalations, and ensuring successful delivery across a complex, multi-property lodging environment.
Leading high-performing consulting teams of 3–10 functional consultants and 1–2 project managers across diverse implementation projects. Primary technical advisor for three strategic clients, directly influencing multi-year contract renewals and technology refresh cycles.
Directed project teams of 2–10 consultants, managing role assignments, deliverables, and scheduling. Advanced from Technical Consultant to Senior Technical Consultant within three years.
Onsite training and implementation of property management systems. Worked closely with clients to apply their business rules to the PMS, while managing HIS employees onsite.

I'm a voracious reader — sometimes diving into technical and leadership material, other times unraveling a tightly plotted mystery or immersing myself in a sweeping space opera. Whether learning something new or stepping into another world for a while, books are where I sharpen perspective and recharge.
I enjoy designing and securing complex systems at home, from network architecture and automation to privacy-focused AI experimentation. Building and refining these environments allows me to explore emerging technologies in a hands-on way while reinforcing the importance of resilience, security, and thoughtful design.
After decades of highly technical, screen-intensive work, I've made sustainable fitness and data-driven health tracking a priority. The same analytical mindset I apply professionally carries over into how I evaluate personal goals, technology, and long-term planning.
